As a valued Client, we want to share our efforts related to COVID-19 “Coronavirus" and let you know that we are here to help you in any way possible.

The greatest impact for our Clients is those of you who are dependent upon obtaining City and County Building Permits for your work to begin (or change). All Building Permit offices are shut down and we are trying daily to make contacts with whomever possible in the event that skeleton crews are working. We have not been able to obtain estimated dates to reopen. We will continue to try daily on your behalf.

The Governor announced early this week that third party organizations, such as certain Architects and Structural Engineers, would be authorized to issue Permits and Inspections for certain types of work. We have not been able to find any third party who is willing or able to perform the work as described by the Governor.

We are continuing to push jobs that have been permitted and doing our best to stay on schedule. However, we have seen the effects of our suppliers operating on a limited basis and we are not receiving the normal 5 Star service to which we have been accustomed. We are working with them daily to get materials delivered to job sites as quickly as possible. It is appareant that work has been disrupted to;

Suppliers workers could be absent because they are sick; are caregivers for sick family
members; are caregivers for children if schools or day care centers are closed; have at-risk people at home, such as immunocompromised family members or are afraid to come to
work because of fear of possible exposure.

Truck shipment priorities for items such as building materials will likely be secondary to
shipments related to infection prevention.

We are working on the jobs in progress while keeping in mind the Government’s request to limit crowds to 10 or less people. We obviously do not want our valued Workers and Vendors to be in situations where exposure to the Virus is possible.

We are here to assist you in any way possible and to answer any questions and concerns that you may have. We are hoping that Business as Usual is sooner than later. We will continue to monitor this situation and will keep you informed.

Thank You for your understanding.
